ASES-Unified (“we”, “us”) is built by JLO Codes. This policy explains what data the ASES-Unified app and site collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@jlocodes.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data. Your email address and login credentials when you create an account.
- RFID data. The Autosweep and Easytrip tags you add — tag identifiers, the nicknames you give them, balances, and transaction history.
- Linked provider credentials. If you link an Autosweep or Easytrip account, we store the username and password you provide, encrypted, and use them only to sign in to the provider on your behalf to sync balances and transactions.
- Payment data. Plan purchases and GCash reloads are processed by our payment provider, Polar. We never see or store your card numbers or e-wallet credentials; we keep only the checkout and subscription status (active plan, renewal and expiry dates).
- Device data. Push-notification tokens, app version, and device model, used for notifications and debugging.
- Support messages. Anything you send to hello@jlocodes.com, including bug reports.
2. How we use your data
- Provide balance sync, transaction history, and toll tools.
- Process GCash reloads and paid-plan subscriptions.
- Send low-balance and sync push notifications you enable.
- Enforce plan limits (guest RFIDs, linked accounts).
- Keep the service secure, fix bugs, and answer support mail.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share data with
- Autosweep / Easytrip. When you ask us to sync or reload, we exchange the minimum data needed with the provider that owns the account.
- Polar. Processes plan payments and GCash reload checkouts under its own privacy policy.
- Push delivery (FCM). Device tokens and notification content pass through Firebase Cloud Messaging to reach your phone.
- Legal. We disclose data only when required by Philippine law or a valid legal order.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. If you stop using ASES-Unified, email hello@jlocodes.com from your account email to request deletion — see Data Safety & Account Deletion for the full process. We remove your account, linked credentials, RFIDs, and history, keeping only records the law requires us to retain (for example, payment records for tax and accounting).
5. Security
Provider passwords are stored encrypted, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so avoid reusing your ASES-Unified password elsewhere and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request a portable copy. Email hello@jlocodes.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
7. Children
ASES-Unified is not directed at children below the age of consent, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
