Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the ASES-Unified app and site, built by JLO Codes. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ASES-Unified.

1. The service

ASES-Unified brings your Autosweep and Easytrip RFID accounts together: balance checks, transaction history, toll tools, and optional GCash top-ups. The app is currently in beta — expect bugs and occasional downtime, and report problems to hello@jlocodes.com.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be of legal age or have a parent or guardian’s consent to use the service.
  • Linking an Autosweep or Easytrip account authorizes us to sign in to that provider on your behalf to sync balances and process the reloads you request. Only link accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Plans and billing

  • Tiers. Free includes guest RFIDs and 1–2 linked accounts as shown on the plans section. Paid tiers (Pro, Elite) raise guest and linked-account limits and enable GCash reloads. The plans page always shows current prices and limits.
  • Recurring vs one-time. Recurring plans auto-renew each month or year until you cancel. One-time plans cover a fixed number of days (30 or 365) and do not renew.
  • Payment. All charges are in Philippine pesos and processed by Polar. We never see your card or e-wallet credentials.
  • Cancellation. Cancel anytime from the app: auto-renew stops immediately, you keep the paid tier until the end of the current period, then drop to Free. No further charges.
  • Refunds. Plan fees are non-refundable except where the law requires it. Duplicate or erroneous charges are an exception — email us and we will reverse them through Polar.
  • GCash reloads. Top-ups credit your RFID balance with the toll provider and are final once applied. If a reload is charged but never credited, contact us with the receipt and we will trace it with the provider.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or resell access to the service.
  • Abuse the sync or reload features, probe other users’ tags, or overload our systems.
  • Reverse-engineer provider sessions or use the service for anything unlawful.
  • Misrepresent balances or transactions shown in the app to third parties.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice for serious abuse.

5. Third-party providers

Autosweep and Easytrip are independent operators. Balances and transactions are shown as reported by them; sync speed and availability depend on their systems. GCash transfers are handled by the payment provider. We are not liable for provider outages, incorrect provider data, or failed provider-side transactions, though we will help you trace them.

6. Beta disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, JLO Codes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including missed reloads, toll penalties, or travel disruption — arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the plan fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@jlocodes.com. We may suspend or end the service, or any account, for breach of these terms or for operational reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service leaves beta. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
